Kim Kardashian is serious about her health habits.
“I probably take 35 different supplements a day,” Kardashian, 44, said on the Tuesday, May 19 episode of “Good Hang.” podcast. “I spread it on three times a day and thought, ‘Okay, I can’t take this fish oil now. It’s like pill fatigue. I have to stop taking this fish oil.’ And then I took a blood test and it was clearly off, so I had to start again.”
Kardashian said she temporarily stopped taking fish oil vitamins because the pills were “too big” to swallow.
“I wish I had an intravenous drip or something that I could do every day,” the Skims mogul joked. “I just do it on the way to work.”
Over the years, Kardashian has resorted to various treatments to maintain her health and youthful appearance.
“I have to give a shout out to Dr. George (Shanrikian),” she said. In a repost on his page, Shanlikian hinted that Kardashian undergoes anti-aging, reverse aging, age management, biohacking, nutrition, wellness and fitness therapies.
Kardashian also took a step back from cosmetic surgery, saying: allure In 2022, she said she was “cool” about getting Botox injections.
“I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never had anything done,” she told the outlet. “I’m putting a drop of mascara on today. It’s never filled my cheeks. It’s never filled my lips.”

I do laser treatments after everyone’s in bed.”
Kardashian, who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West, is studying to become a lawyer. In addition to her legal journey, the reality TV star has her sights set on Hollywood. The All’s Fair actress is currently filming The Fifth Wheel, directed by Paula Pell.
“Over the last few years, I’ve been fascinated by the world of comedy and the people I’ve been so lucky to meet,” Kardashian said on Tuesday’s podcast. “Yesterday was the funniest day on set. … It’s like Nicki Glazer, Fortune Feimster and I are in this one scene. I won’t tell you what’s going on, but Kristen Wiig does the perfect thing and it’s so funny and we should all be laughing and reacting. I couldn’t control myself and I almost peed my pants.”
She added, “When I’m in a room with people who want to be professionals, I always want to get the job done, but it’s so much fun that I can’t control myself.”
