Jack Osbourne has hit back at criticism about his weight.
“I can’t believe I actually have to make this shitty video. If there’s another article written about me saying I’m ‘sick’, that I’m ‘severely underweight’, that I’m ‘health crisis Jack’… that’s insane,” the former Osbourne star, 40, said in an impassioned Instagram video posted on Tuesday, May 19.
“I haven’t lost any weight since I came out of the jungle on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’ six months ago,” he said, referring to the British reality show that aired from November to December 2025. “My weight has always been the same. The only difference is that I shaved my head and grew a creepy mustache. That’s the only fucking difference.”
Jack went on to share how he has made a conscious effort to lose weight over the past four years, and that he regularly does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
He said, “I’ve been losing weight slowly but consistently for the last three and a half years. About three and a half years ago I got up to about 220 pounds, so I decided I wanted to make some changes and that’s what I did.”
“What’s the big deal? I’m 5-foot-8 and a half and weigh 155 pounds. I’m perfectly healthy,” he added.
Jack ended the video by criticizing the scrutiny he has received over the years regarding his weight.
“The fact that I even have to say this is really shocking,” he said. “I’ve been getting so much crap in the press for being overweight and getting back to a healthy weight, and now I’m being criticized even more? Fuck you.”
Many of Jack’s celebrity friends showed their support in the comments section of his post.
“I love you, Jack. You tell them!!!,” Kelly Rizzo wrote. AEW wrestler Chris Jericho added, “Don’t listen to the haters. You’re so nice.”
In March, Jack and his wife Allie Gearhart welcomed their second child. They named their daughter after Jack’s late father Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away in July 2025 at the age of 76.
“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” the couple shared in a joint Instagram post.
In December 2025, Jack told The Sun that he was able to share the news of Allie and Ozzy’s pregnancy before he passed away last summer.
“I took a lot of energy out of the sadness side of things and saved up a little more hopeful energy. It was easier for me, but I think it was a lot harder for my wife!” he said.
Jack and Allie, 35, also have a daughter, Maple, 3. The reality star has three older children, Pearl (14), Andy (10), and Minnie (8), with ex-wife Lisa Stelly.
